To assure the best possible usage of our PE Battery Separators, please note the following:

• PE Battery Separators should be stored in a dry, covered warehouse and never be subjected to rain or moisture of any kind, especially during transportation, loading or unloading.
• Our bins, or boxes (including the pallets) should never be stacked more than 4 high.
• PE battery separator rolls should never be dropped. The roll, or wind quality, is an essential part of our production process. We deliver these rolls tightly wound. If dropped, the rolls can lose their frictional resistance and become loose, rendering the enveloping process difficult.
• When a PE Battery Separator roll is only partially used and must be taken off the enveloping machine, care must be shown in handling this roll. It must be re-labeled and stored properly.
• PE battery separator rolls should never be stored horizontally but on racks in a vertical position to avoid damage to the shoulder region.
• PE Battery Separator rolls are supplied with peel-off tags that will assist the Battery Manufactuer's Quality Assurance system with traceability. These tags can be peeled off and placed on a production log that QA Engineers can use to trace the separators in specific batches of battery production.
• For quality assurance inquiries, please collect samples of the material in question. Label them properly. Attach the peel-off labels from the separator roll. Try to take digital photos of the box information. Send all pertinent information, samples, and photos, etc. to the Quality Assurance Supervisor of the US or UK factory concerned (See the "contact us" page for address and email coordinates).

ENTEK Battery Separators sold shall, at the time of shipment to customer, meet the applicable ENTEK specifications. ENTEK's liability is limited solely to replacement or refund of the separators that do not meet the specifications. ENTEK does not represent or warrant that the separators are appropriate for any particular battery or application.
