All of our separators are produced on state-of-the-art equipment using the latest in extrusion and extraction technology. All of our PE Battery Separators (except Duraloc® and Motorcycle PE types) are produced in-line; that is, from the feeding of the raw materials through to the winding of the finished roll, the process is continuous.

The ENTEK International LLC plant in Lebanon, Oregon and the ENTEK International Ltd. plant in Newcastle-upon-Tyne operate with machinery based on the same technology. The ENTEK International companies have specifically chosen a global policy of single-platform technology.

This is one of ENTEK's distinct advantages, for many reasons:

• ENTEK International can, if necessary, produce the same separators in either of their 2 locations, although this would never be done without the customer's prior permission and approval.
• The customer thus always knows which plant made the separators.
• With only two locations, each has been designed to operate at maximum efficiency. There is minimum shuffling of products from one plant to another.
• ENTEK International has one set of engineering drawings and designs for both factories.
• Our Quality Assurance system can be superimposed directly one upon the other.
